Creamy Chicken & Rice

This delicious and comforting chicken & rice has no cream soups!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2.5-3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 bag frozen vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cups shredded/chopped chicken

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients, except cheese, in an instant pot, seal, and cook on manual for 5 minutes. Complete quick release, then stir in cheese.
  • Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350, covered.
