After being diagnosed with a gluten allergy several years ago, I’ve been eating my way through all sorts of different snacks, pastas, breads, treats, and more trying to find the very best of each. I figured it was time to share my favorite gluten free eats with all of you!
Jovial Brown Rice Pasta
I’ve tried many different brands and varieties of gluten free pastas and the one that I keep coming back to time again and again is made by Jovial. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the spaghetti, lasagna noodles, or others, they are all good and most like traditional pasta!
Good to Go Soft Baked Bars
Finding a baked good that is gluten-free and still tastes like a tradtional baked good is HARD! Finding these things in a pre-packaged item is even harder! I found these baked bars by Good to Go and they are so delicious! The Blueberry Cashew tastes like a blueberry muffin!
Health Warrior Chia Bars
Protein & granola bars that are gluten-free are harder to find than one would think! I found these chia bars by Health Warrior quite awhile ago and they are a regular in my pantry! They come in great fruit flavors and are a delicious chewy snack!
Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Crackers
Crackers have been one of the hardest things to replace since removing gluten from my diet. Crunchmaster Mutli-Seed Crackers are definitely my go-to when I need something crunchy! They have a great crunch, don’t taste like a nut, and don’t have an after-taste!
Bobo’s Oat Bites
Ooey, gooey, sweet, and delicious is what you’ll find in these Bobo’s Oat Bites! The Peanut Butter & Jelly bites will take you back to your childhood with their delicious flavor! These are definitely one of my favorite gluten-free treats!
Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour (1 to 1 Baking)
Baking gluten-free takes some getting used to, but thankfully Bob’s Red Mill has made it easier (and tastier) with their 1 to 1 Baking Flour. This flour mix gives baked goods the most “gluten filled” flavor that I’ve found when baking goods at home!
Snyder’s Gluten-Free Pretzel Sticks
A lot of gluten-free cracker substitutes just don’t cut it and it’s hard to recreate a lot of them! I love making Chex mix at Christmas time and its not complete without pretzels, in my world. Thankfully, Snyder’s of Hanover has managed to create an incredibly tasty gluten-free pretzel.
Birchbender’s Paleo Pancake Mix
Birchbender’s actually make a gluten-free pancake mix, but my favorite is actually the Paleo Pancake Mix! The texture is closest to regular pancakes and has a delicious flavor! I also love that it comes in resealable bags so it lasts a long time!
Udi’s Gluten-Free Brownie Mug Cake
It’s very hard to find quick and delicious desserts when you’re gluten-free, but these Udi Gluten-Free Brownie Mug Cakes are just that…quick and delicious! Add a little water, mix, and pop in the microwave and enjoy a warm and delicious gluten-free snack!
Delicious Gluten-Free Snacks
It can be hard to transition to a gluten-free life, but thankfully we have a lot of options of gluten-free foods in today’s world. Whether you’re looking for staples for your pantry, a snack, or dessert, I’ve got you covered with some of my very favorite gluten-free foods!
