Pour the melted butter evenly over the hash browns and season with salt and pepper
Bake the hash browns for 25 minutes at a 425 degree oven, remove
on top of the hash browns distribute the ham and cheese evenly
in a bowl, beat the eggs, heavy whipping cream, and more salt and pepper together and pour over the ham and cheese
bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees
let cool for 15 minutes, enjoy
