low fat or fat free cottage cheese

egg whites

Instructions
Add cottage cheese, eggs, & egg whites to blend and blend until smooth
Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Heat a griddle or skillet to medium high heat and pour 12 equal pancakes, cooking until done on each side.
