Instant Pot Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb gound beef browned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • .5 cup diced onion
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 cup dry pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Brown the hamburger and drain
  • Set the Instant Pot to saute and melt the butter in the bottom and saute the onions until translucent
  • Change the Instant Pot to manual and add the ground beef, soup, broth, parsley, and pasta. Seal pot and set manual timer to 3 minutes.
  • Once timer has gone off, quick release the pressure. Remove lid and stir in sour cream
