  • Pressure Cooker or Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef browned
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can Fiesta Nacho Cheese Condensed Soup
  • 2 cups dry pasta
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef and place in the pressure cooker
  • Add in the next 5 ingredients and stir thoroughly to combine
  • Place the pressure cooker lid on the base and seal, microwave for 12 minutes, let the pressure cooker naturally release
  • Remove the lid and add the cream cheese and shredded cheese, stirring thoroughly.
  • Once melted, enjoy
