Preheat oven to 350
In the bottom of a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Dice your apples into small pieces and toss in the above mix
Add the paleo blend flour and mix well, spread in a greased 8x8 pan, set aside
Melt the butter, whisk in the honey, & cinnamon.
Stir in the gluten-free oats and spread on top of apples
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Finish by broiling for just a few minutes until the oats are golden brown.
