Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal – A Healthy Breakfast!
Since starting on the #21DayFix a little over 21 days ago (read my thoughts about it HERE), I’m making a valiant effort to refine the way I eat all together (not just when I’m on the “Fix”). One of the meals that is hardest for me to eat “whole” or “clean” is breakfast! So, the other day when I found this baked oatmeal recipe by SkinnyTaste, I was ecstatic to give it a try and after consulting with Coach Shannon, I got confirmation that this was an acceptable food and I set off to bake it. Despite being delightfully yummy and filling on a cold day, it got my wheels turning to other combinations that I could try! (Stay tuned because there WILL be more coming).
