#FitFriday – SparkPeople’s Total Body Sculpt

I received a #RealisticResolution package for the purposes of reviewing.  All thoughts & opinions are my own and 100% honest.

0108151742Thanks to my awesome #RealisticResolution package from Gorton’s Seafood & SparkPeople, I received the DVD from SparkPeople “Total Body Sculpt”.

I’m usually very leary of workout DVD’s because I either feel like they don’t give me the results that I would like or require much more coordination than I have (I’m very uncoordinated and that’s why I stick to running and lifting weights with some elliptical thrown in every once in awhile.)

Gorton’s Seafood & #Realistic Resolutions

I received a Gorton’s Seafood & SparkPeople package for the purposes of reviewing, but all thoughts & opinions are my own & 100% honest.

Cooking for three guys has given me my share of challenges over the last 4-5 years. I love these three guys more than anything, but they are some of the pickiest eatersI have ever met! They make cooking a challenge. I’m all for eating healthy and making a good balaced meal as I believe it’s all about healthy choices and a healthy lifestyle that make our insides happy…not just our organs, but also our emotions and thoughts are healthier when we are healthier.

#TastyTuesday – Meal Planning Part 3 – Meatball Sub Casserole

I have to admit that I’ve been really enjoying the fruits of my meal planning! It’s great to know that I have all the ingredients for a recipe OR have the meal already made up and in the freezer. One of Those Days

Before I begin, I want to thank everyone who commented on any of my posts in December!  We were able to raise $26.00 for the Rossi House!  The exciting part is that this is almost double what I donated last month!  Thank you all for having great hearts!

I met my mom for a walk this other day. As I met her, I said, “Please tell me that you had days when I was little that you thought…it’s only 11AM, it’s not too late to start drinking!” Oh boy did she laugh at me! (And then she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t think of drinking, but of finding someone to pawn me off on!  Comforting and yet disturbing all at once!)

#TastyTuesday – Meal Planning, Part #2 – Chicken Lasagna

Last week I started on our adventure of meal planning. (Read about the prep here!) Since then, we have tried 3 of the recipes that I initially mentioned in that post: Chicken Lasagna and Cowboy Lasagna were a hit.  I’m going to spare you the recipe for 3 Cheese Chicken Alfredo Bake as it was a MAJOR fail!  I’d actually like to try it again, but with my own take on things.  Until then, you won’t be seeing the recipe on my blog!  Continue “#TastyTuesday – Meal Planning, Part #2 – Chicken Lasagna”
