Five Photos: Five Stories, Day 3

My friend, Beth Ann of It’s Just Life challenged me to the Five Photos: Five Stories challenge. If you’re behind, that’s ok!  Check out Day 1 and Day 2!

I’m not going to lie, the first day that I searched for a picture for this challenge I struggled.  I thought, I don’t have any “cool” pictures!  But, the neat thing is that this challenge has made me look at a lot of pictures, think about them and why I have them and how they have impacted me or helped form me into who I am.  So, here is today’s!

This photo of me was taken on our wedding day almost 4 years ago!  I didn’t even know she had taken the photo and yet, I know what exactly what was going through my mind!  I wondered how T was feeling, I remember worrying that the boys were ok (I knew it would be a big day for them too in a different way), I worried that everything was set up correctly, I was overwhelmed and was trying to soak everything in (and remember exactly how everything felt) and calm my nerves.  We had been running late and I worried that I wouldn’t get the pictures I wanted.  I wondered what T would think of me in my dress and if he was as giddy and emotional with excitement as I was.  Becoming his wife on this day was still the best day of my life and I wouldn’t change it for anything!  I’m blessed!
